| Amal Mehta, a well-known plant biologist, has been working as an assistant professor in the department of botany since 1999. He has twenty years of research and teaching experience. His research interests are focused on plant pathology and conservation of plant species. He has the experience of guiding many students for their research dissertations. He has traveled widely and has presented papers in many international conferences. He has contributed articles to reputed professional journals and penned two out standing books on plant biology. He has also acted as a resource person in training and orientation programme for promotion of cultivation medicinal and aromatic plants. He is also a member of many educational organizations in India and abroad., |
